I love the conveniences of West Jefferson Medical Hospital provides in terms of it being in walking distance from where I am living for my doctor’s visits. Also, there is a fitness center and a Walgreen’s pharmacy on site for filling my prescriptions.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery here yesterday and I was discharged today. The staff was amazing and very attentive! There was never a call that went unanswered and the entire staff treated me with care! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The ER is terrible. We received no care while there. They didn’t run any tests to see why my mom is so sick. If they had they would gave found out that she had pneumonia. Ochsner ran the tests and found it. Ochsner gives much better medical care. Don’t go to West Jeff!
