ER Dept: Quick professional service. Everyone full of smiles. Great bedside manner.
Went in for a gash in my foot and they stitched it up and as soon as they realised I didn’t have health insurance they had me hop out the hospitall on one foot with my foot leeking blood. Bullshit hospital

I’ve been a nurse for years in area hospitals, and at my parents Insistence, they were each admitted to this facility. My recommendation … run for your life.
Very poor dietary staff. Completely forgot to deliver my mom’s supper tray and no one even seemed bothered by the fact that no tray was delivered even after I called to complain about it after 7 pm
HORRIBLE! They busted 2 of my veins trying to put in an iv, they busted my lip putting in a breathing tube, and I had to BEG crying for my Medicine. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
Staff was kind and quick to respond! The room I stayed in was very nice. Parking was validated on the day you are admitted and the day you leave.
I paid for an x-ray on the spot and two months later I received a statement saying the same amount is past due and if I dont pay it will be sent to collection. I am so confused now and I need someone to explain whats going on to me

If you happen to have jewelery during your stay. Expect to have it stolen by staff. Mine is mysteriously gone and I have talked to many people. Jewelery my grandfather gave me and he’s been dead for years. Jewelery I NEVER TAKE OFF. Very disappointing.
The labor and delivery department smells like rotting meat. The first time I visited this department, I thought that it was just a fluke. But I’ve visited a couple friends there in the past few months and the smell is horrid. Maybe it …

Though I’ve been dealing with cancer for two years, I’m new to Touro. I have been happy with oncologist, nurses, and level of care. I also had to use to the ER… which I found quick and responsive.
I value the medical staff here when I’m in NOLA. Doctors, nurses and techs all give time and attention. I’ve never felt as though a concern or need was brushed off in an effort to “make their rounds” go more quickly.
The staff at this hospital are simply amazing. When I had my son the nursing staff were beyond expectations. When I had a small emergency I didn’t have to wait at all. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone.
Haven’t been in a while but when I was there they had some old medical equipment.

Thanks Staff!
Labor and Delivery nurses as well as the doctors and residents in that part of the hospital were beyond great. I suggest they just fire the post-partum unit and start from the ground up. Very out-of-touch with their occupation and unprofessional. They acted like they hate their jobs. Nursery staff was pleasant as well.
