I didn’t have an appointment! Checked with the receptionist to see if I could get in and have my eyes checked. She said there was an opening at 10:45. The experience was quick and easy. Everyone was polite towards me. However, I noticed a squabble between some of the employees at the front desk that I doubt they wanted me to hear. Maybe a window that separates the customers from the office ladies might limit the issue. Other than that I was pleased.
A caring and dedicated staff. They worked for months on getting my difficult contact prescription to work. I now do not have to wear glasses during the day.

I don’t know if I trust the prescription given. The letters on the eye test were very small and illegible. Usually at the very end you can read both letters as they look large and distinct. I know that my eyesight has deteriorated but I’m not going to have glasses made with this prescription.

I like having my appointments there. I am a little disappointed because me and my mom were waiting to receive a text message notification to state that they were done setting up our glasses, but I received nothing. We were able to make it to the place before it closed so we can receive our new finished glasses.
