My first visit to the bank. All previous transactions, including setting up the account in the first place, were done online. The clerk was fast, friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my visit.
Haven’t had a pleasant experience since opening my business. Hidden fees. Having to call to schedule a notary, while other banks have lobby open. Other branches can’t help us with business needs. Time to move to a bank that cares about small businesses.
