I miss when I first started with GCU. Everyone there was so friendly and treated me like I was their best. But now I am met with rudeness and shortness. I have been cut off when speaking to tellers and when telling them I have more to say eyes are rolled. Really?
The people are so rude and stuck up . I would take my business somewere else where the costumers are worth something . The people who work at this bank are rude and unprofessional . They also don’t care the way they treat people , they are like ” deal with it ” .

The MSR supervisor Eddie Flores is a professional and very diligent in his work. I did have to be a little patient but he communicated throughout the entire process and I am happy with the end result.
Absolutely worst customer service and drive thru in the country …. McDonald’s has better drive thru’s. The is no professional excuse for a member to sit in drive thru for 37 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Save your time and effort and find I new credit union or bank.

Service is always friendly but not always fast. Still, I like Guadalupe Credit Union as a whole. I’ve been an account holder for 7 years now and they’ve helped me purchase 3 cars when no other lender would approve my loan request.
By far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME. I’ve never had such a hard time actually trying to pay on an account. You know give them my money? They make it so difficult. I’m so grateful I do not and never will bank there. I’m closing my Mom’s account as soon as possible.

Good bank, but I was waiting over an hour to get helped in the lobby. The cashiers are taking up to 7 mins to help each customer. The cashiers are sorting slow, counting slow, and helping slow. No body is even trying to hurry for the sake of keeping the lobby moving.
Had a wonderful experience with Arnold where it came to an unexpected event and us inquiring on a loan. Arnold made the process smooth.
