Typing this as it happens, collector was kind enough to grab my recycling that id forgotten to bring to the street. This service is by far the best ive used, every time ive had a problem they get it sorted out in a timely manner and the front desk is always kind answering the phone!
Although their pick up services itself has been great, their online pay website is down half the time with privacy issues and consumer services is rude when addressing the issue.
Never an issue with sunshine they do a great job! Ashley at the desk is always very pleasant and helpful when i call in to pay my bill. 10/10 would recommend
The service is VERY dependable! They NEVER. leave any traces of trash like our previous service. If and when we have a question the office personnel have always been very helpful and professional. The rates they charge are reasonable and fair. Would highly recommend them.

I miss Sunshine Sanitation! Since LRS has taken over, our service schedule has changed multiple times without notice, which then we have to call and have them come whenever they can. The ladies in the office are super nice and try to help the best they can. It has been SO frustrating.
