In the 16 years we have lived here, I can count on one hand the amount of times we have lost power. When we did, it was for about 20 minutes. FANTASTIC, reliable service.
Worst customer service!
Waited 2 months for a refund check after being continually told it was mailed out. Did my due diligence and called the town hall who said they had it in their …
I have lived in north Attleboro for around 30 years and just live north attleboro electric! They are the best! Very proactive, taking care of trees and limbs before there is a problem! First ones out there cleaning up after a storm, and are …
Extremely expensive, even worse than Eversource, if that’s possible. Completely unaffordable for most people. Bill was still almost 200.00 this month, with very minimal usage (laundry here and there, showers, and maybe a couple of small lights used) Only downside to living in N Attleboro
The electricity is reliable but since they own a monopoly on the town some of the monthly service fees are pretty painful. Combine that with the $300+ security deposit for tenants and it goes a long way toward turning off new, young people from renting in the area.
I tried to figure out what time my services would be re activated as I was at home with small children. I was told it would be a few hours, and could not be given a time any earlier than 3pm. This was at 11. They were extremely rude on the phone. Very unhelpful.
I monitor my electrical use very carefully and I am still baffled by the fact that the billing is still “black-box-ish” One month, I didn’t even stay in my apartment and turned almost everything that wasn’t necessary off. My bill was …
The woman who work phones are nasty. Jean especially does not want to get off her high horse. I was threatened for mistakes on their end and was told I was lying. I have no reason to lie bro. The technician was cool.
I was excited to move back into North Attleboro until my experience with these people. I had lived here for many years and apparently had a past charge. I was willing to pay that and the outrageous security deposit of 330. All I asked is …
Kudos to NAED for their extremely prompt and professional response Thursday evening restoring our service. That evening the telephone pole providing electric and cable service to our home and another for some reason spontaneously broke in …
The ladies that work customer service are the nastiest women I have ever dealt with in my life. They wanted to shut the power off even though I have a medically complex child. They told me they did not care because the paperwork they had …
Absolutely the best. When power goes out it’s usually back on between 2 minutes and 30 minutes. They give back to the customer and I usually get A free month every year.

The best and so much cheaper than national grid.
Try national grid alot more expensive.
I have never lived in an area with such high electric cost. Looking into alternative suppliers if possible.
