This is the most inconvenient bank to deal with. I couldn’t even simply transfer money and close my account without needing to have a notarized letter sent to them.

This bank is great. My great grandfather opened an account decades ago. This bank has always been very helpful and friendly. If you don’t mind supporting a smaller local bank, I would trust homfield (Grafton suburban’s new name) with your money.

I have always had great service with Homefield CU. I have been with them for many years and they are far superior to both TD Bank and Bank of America. I have accounts at all 3, but do loans through Homefield only. Not a lot of red tape, and you get to speak with actual people!!!
