  10. The worst service. They are not open of weekends. So if you have any issues or need to schedule something on a weekend you are completely out of luck. They also have horrible customer service. Their services cannot compete with the larger cable providers.

  13. Lynda at Shewsbury Electric Cable has been extremely helpful in setting up a payment plan for my electric. She helped me catch up and that’s a great feeling. If you are having trouble making the full payment, call her at the main office, I’m sure she would help you too.

  16. The cable is more expensive for less than we used to have BUT our power has never been out for any longer than two hours even in bad storms. Someone responds to issues on their Facebook page even when the help desk is closed. I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service.

  18. I would give this dreadful company one star. For the last three days, I’ve had 5MBPS download speeds on an 100MBPS plan. I can’t even stream video. Let other providers do the job, you guys clearly can’t handle it.

  24. Worst. Company. Ever. They boldly charge for services you haven’t opted for. If you question them then you are told to pay regardless of the subscription/usage. If you question further, they basically say it’s our way or the highway. Monopoly is a disease. Shrewsbury, why the hell can’t you get yourself another provider? Why?

Monopolize cable internet availability, horrendous on demand options, and we pay nearly half of what our rent is for the jacked up price version of Charter cable.
