  1. While the quality of care at this place is fine, their business practices and customer care are significantly lacking. I would recommend avoiding them if possible

  2. Called to get biopsy results, without the receptionist saying she was transferring me, I then got a recorded greeting from another person. I had already left a message for that person. I called back, and asked the receptionist, Cheryl, to …

  3. Dr. Boon is the best and an asset to our town.
He is modest and very interested in solving my pain and suffering due to acid reflux, gallbladder stones and deudenoum cyst. All my pain was eliminated because …

  4. The GI I saw here was lacking in bedside manner and cared more about just upping my meds and getting the appointment over, than listening to my perspective or situation. They somehow started billing the wrong insurance, and did not track …

  5. Everyone here has been absolutely amazing! The front staff is always friendly and helpful anytime I come in. Always very helpful and answer any questions that I have. I definitely recommend Dr.Boone and his staff!

  6. Wife went in today as a transfer patient from another practice. The Dr basically blew her off, told her that the prior diagnosis wasn’t even in her chart and that she was mistaken. Then told her that she needs to get checked for anxiety …

  7. Dr. Boon’s communication skills are a bit lacking, but I feel he is a competent Gastroenterologist and has helped diagnose a couple of digestive issues I’ve had the past 2 years. The staff always treats me well.

  8. Dr. Boon and staff have always been curtious and caring for me the last 8 years. Its been a rough road finding out what was going on, but Dr. Boon never gave up and I’m now in remission with my Crohns Disease and I’ve been hospital free …

  9. Dr. Boon treated me for stomach issues related to acid. I felt he always listened to me and explained the options available. My previous physician, Dr. Phillip left the area. Dr. Phillip wanted to make sure his patients were taken care of and recommended Dr. Boon. His office staff are very accommodating, too.

  10. I have been to see Dr Boon for multiple procedures. I have found he and is staff very skilled and professional. They are thorough and compassionate. You will be in great hands with him and his staff. Do not worry about it.

  11. The lady at the front desk was one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever dealt with. She took her bad day out on me by saying “how rude everyone had been today” Added to this, when I walked in it was a good 45 to 60 seconds …

  12. I like this office. I have seen both Drs. No ones a fan of screenings but it’s got to get done and this place has always been pretty fast. My procedure today start to finish was half the time it would of been at the hospital.

  13. Dr. Boon and his staff at Digestive Health Center have always been kind, respectful and efficient. Due to family history I have had three colonscopies at the Center. They have identified pre-cancerous tissues twice. They are good at what they do and don’t treat you like a number.

  14. Best gastroenterologist in the area. Dr Wong really cares about her patients. And the Infusion Center is very convenient. The Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. There is also a cost savings compared to having this done at a Hospital setting. I highly recommend Tri-Cities Digestive Health Center and Dr Wong and Dr Boon.

  15. We have seen both Drs here. I think they are excellent. They get you in and out. Years ago Dr Cater was the biggest colonoscopy scammer around. He made you do one yearly , gave me a diagnosis of Barretts which was completely not correct. …
