Tri State Hospital Reviews ( 50 )

  1. My sister in law kris hay..shes an RN..works there..they should have checked her out better..she used to work at the nursing home in Lewiston and would actually take deceased patients meds and give them to her mother and not just breathing treatments but pain patches..so watch out for ur loves ones

  2. I was a patient at there clinic for two years when my doctor retired and I was dropped and none of the new doctors will touch me ! I have a lot of medical problems that have been worked up by some of the best doctors in Boise Idaho However …

  3. They messed up anesthesia on my wife, so they canceled her surgery, but due to how their contracts we still had to pay full price for a surgery she did not have done. Seems fraudulent and criminal to charge for a service not rendered but there is no way to fight it.

  4. Wow, I am utterly shocked at the negative reviews on here. I have used their emergency services and minor care facility for years now and have never had a negative experience with the nurses or doctors. They have always been great…..

  5. They misdiagnosed my husband and have him the wrong medication/dosage. We had to go to pullman to get it right. Pullman was awesome. We will be taking all of our medical needs to pullman from now on.

  6. Don’t got to this hospital, specifically the emergency room, unless you are looking for the most inept “doctors” on the planet and to not be treated, or be diagnosed improperly.

  7. Do not go this “hospital”. The care received was definitely not helpful or even respectful. I don’t know how they can call themselves doctors. Your health “care” facility is a joke.

  8. Cheryl is a nurse there and she is a horrible person!!!! She accuses everyone of being an addict when I personally think she is. Why would you make it a point to accuse random people unless you yourself feel guilty about something in the …

  9. Your nurse or whatever he is MATT is rude and condescending…the nurses is the morning were super loud joking around saying not today saten and other stuff….so loud with sick people is not ok….his response was its a loud …

  10. I’ve never been to a hospital that seems so disinterested in helping its patients. A nurse here nearly took off my pinky toe with scissors TWICE while applying steri-strips to a wound on my foot. Also good luck getting anything in the way of pain relief. Terrible care, or rather lack there of.

  11. I spent 10 days in ICU. I was treated with dignity and respect. Calah was a godsend. She needs to be recognized for her outstandy compassion. If you have a choice between St. Joesph or Tri state hands down tri state every time. I have been in both. Thank you calah you were such a big help. Thanks to all the staff. Top notch!!!!!

  12. The nursing staff was wonderful.i have very bad anxiety and blackout time speales and and melissa has been there we. I’ve had my spelles and she always knows my care plane.

  13. DO NOT GO HERE! The nurses are extremely rude and treat people like they are their for pills. And the doctors do not listen to your concerns or run the proper tests for your medical problem!! No wonder their are multiple law suits against this joke of a hospital!

  14. This hospital is a complete joke. They only provide half the care other hospitals provide. They do not have a pediatric or maternity ward and if your not in on normal business hours you can forget having any orders done by the lab. You get to take time off work just the same as a doctor’s office!!!

  15. Be prepared to wait. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 am this morning. I showed up early, around 9:00. I know I was early. 35 minutes passed, so I went to the front desk & the lady said ” your appointment accually isn’t until 9:40. …

  16. My grandmother went to Tri State hospital ER for the second time the week of July 17th. She saw Heather Davis Remacle for a severe sinus infection. Heather had the nurse give my grandmother a steroid but soon came back into the room and …

  17. I was not told before I arrived that my driver and boyfriend would not be able to sit in the waiting room. We were in Spokane last week at a very large ear , nose, and throat hospital and you could have another person with you. He had to sit outside in the 99 degree heat. Thanks so much TriState.

  18. I received excellent care during my stay at TSH. The nursing staff, doctors, housekeeping and room service were very attentive, caring, and patient. Always will return for healthcare if needed.

  26. Went in cause of my back, they didn’t even x-ray me just figured I was there for drugs as I’ve had a lot back problems. Did not even look at my back. They looked at like they were discussed and gave drugs and sent me home, no referrals or …

  27. Careful going to this hospital, emergency room doctor has a case of God complex and be careful because this doctor is going to act like God to the wrong person and end up in his own emergency room. Now that’s not good for a hospital. Need to get some bedside manners.

  28. Can’t seem to understand why doctors nowadays are mostly agenda based or unwilling to comprehend a patients need for less opinion and more facts. Less medicine more development towards cures less plaques of achievement more patient …

  36. I just moved here from Tucson AZ. Ended in the ER with tooth trauma knocking out my front tooth. This is the WORST HOSPTIAL experience I’ve ever had in my life. Dr was very incompetent. I’m not sure he was even a Dr. Gave me zero pain …

  38. My dinners and lunches were always cold. If I called for help going to the restroom I was scolded even though the nurse told me not to get up without help. At one point I made a mess in the bed and then the nurse complained about helping …

  39. The treatment you get in the emergency room depends heavily on what insurance you have. People who are on medicare/medicaid are ignored in favor of patients with better insurance.

  40. I have been trying to get a job here for 2 years now and I know I qualify for the positions I try to get. They won’t even give me an interview. From the other reviews, I think I’ll take my skills elsewhere.

  41. This is a great small town medical center for our rural area. We have always been seen in a timely manner for our appointments and emergencies. We appreciate the expertise that exists here and prefer coming here for many of our medical needs.
