  1. So far just trying to get in touch with someone and someone to give me an application they said they emailed it never came through, it seems like a mess of an company.

  14. The only thing keeping this water district in business is a lack of competition because I can tell you they are the absolute worst. Not only is the customer service horrible, their technology rivers that of 40 years ago and to top it off they withhold money owed to their customers.

    Get your water turned on is like pulling teeth, but they are very quick to turn your water off, and then charge insane fees to turn it on.
