Trying to hold me accountable for previous owners bill and will not turn my water on so me and my family can keep clean during this crisis. It’s like they dont care about the people they just want there money .
It would be nice to let residence know when plant shut of the water so we can fill up bucket to use it when we need it for drinking, washing dishes, cooking and toilet.
This company lacks communication. They do not tell you when water is out, why, when you have to boil water, nothing. When issues happen their listed number is always busy. You try they email communication and they don’t respond until 48 hrs moreless later. The company needs a system to alert their customers when to take precautions.
You do not even deserve the ONE star……..I am truly hoping that there is an investigation. I will be writing a formal complaint. If it upsets you for customers to to call to check on the water outage, MAYBE you could update your website in an emergency situations. I am VERY disappointed. Shame on all of you.
