My doctor is Dr. Kevin Spencer and I’ve seen his PA, Keri Bollman, several times now. She’s SImi helpful, understanding, and knowledgable. I highly recommend the Soencer team.
Dr. Geyer is very pleasant and accommodating. I have been seeing him for many years. Different insurance and no insurance. Only perscribes what is needed.

I was able to be seen same day by Hayley. I was brought back at the exact time of my appointment. I have only positive things to say about my interactions with Hayley and the staff.
Dr. Ng at the Westlake location was extremely rude and did not even come speak to me five minutes after my appointment ended when I realized I had shown her the wrong forms. Reception was not helpful either. They gave me wrong information before I came in for my appointment, which rendered it ultimately pointless and a waste of $50.
Efficient, responsive, compassionate. They’ve been taking care of me for 20 years—since they were South Austin Family Practice—and I’m proud of their well-deserved growth & success. Wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.
Have been waiting for my appointment over 2 months and just received an email from them canceling it. Called to have it rescheduled and they told me the next availability would be November 16. Unbelievable!!!!
Front staff is usually nice. Wait times can vary widely as does the bedside manner of the medical staff. Some have been very friendly, others have been outright rude. This place is a mixed bag, and I have had more negative experiences that positive ones.
Requires a feat of God to get to talk to someone on the phone in Southwest Medical Village and long wait times too. Fine other than that. I see a PA, and she is nice and always available short notice, which is great. Good location too.
