What a great water utility! I’ve never even heard of a complaint with these guys and anytime I call I actually speak with a real live person. It’s almost like they really want to talk with you. Keep up the good work!
Wow! I’ve paid my bill for this company by autopay deduction from my bank account every month for years. For some reason autopay quit working – no-one ever informed me of this problem and now I’m getting threatening mails that my water is going to be shut off next Tuesday. I don’t even know what to say…….
takes advantage of regional monopoly. charges $$ just to pay your bill. never sends paper bill. had to jump through hoops just to be reinstated on automatic payments ( which they now charge for) after being a customer for over 20 years. …
