Very hard to get ahold of and you’re treated like a number. I’m going through extreme pain and no one I call wants to help me out so I just keep calling and trying to make appointments. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Dr. Canaris is wonderful but my insurance is keeping me from getting my cortisone injection in my back it’s not his fault that he can’t help me but I’m in pain
Their nurses and office staff are rude, no personality and have no bedside manners!!!

This is a neurologist office they deal with patients that have bad memory and lots of other symptoms yet they will never answer the phone purposely and make you leave voicemails and always call you at bad times it’s ridiculous that they can’t answer their phones.

Saw Dr. Rorick and he was great. Really took time to understand my symptoms and to explain the causes. It was a long appointment but I felt really confident in understanding how my brain works.
I’ve been here several times to attempt to find a diagnosis, and both the neurologists I’ve seen didn’t seem to care about figuring out what was wrong with me. I never felt listened to by either of them. I saw Dr. Feibel as a second opinion and he spoke to me like I was stupid for seeing him at all. I will never come back here.
This place saved my life, well Dr Tobler saved my life. I’ll be forever grateful for him and his amazing bedside manners and how he listens to his patients and keeps their best interest at heart!
