I love this bank for many reasons. However, I ordered a new Debit card on 10/17/2022. I still have not received it, and they’re charging me $25 to “expedite” it….
I have an account with more than one local bank but when I needed a specific signature on a form they were by far the most helpful. Another national brand bank did nothing but waste my time. Not the best interest rates but worth it for the customer service.
