I went in and wasn’t impressed. The person working the counter was rude. Her back was turned away from the front desk, said excuse me and she didn’t respond. Said excuse me again louder and her response was what.
Poor customer service. Unprofessional. Unnecessary appointments. I hope Dr Puri knows what’s going on at the front desk and make the necessary corrections. He need to change the front desk staff.
Receptionist were both very friendly and professional. The Doctor was great and was genuinely concerned for my heath.

Dr. Puri probably saved my life — or at least help extend it! Thorough and pleasant interaction. A busy place, but worth whatever wait involved. I cannot emphasize enough how much he helped me.
Worst place anyone could ever work for!! The Doctors that work there always yell at all the employees and expect to be praised and appreciated! Lets not forget about all the poor patients waiting weeks and weeks for their medications and appointments!
This place is extremely unprofessional. There’s hours of operation are Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-2:30pm. The times is now 1:08 and I have tried to call numerous times and there automated system states they are closed. If this issue does not get resolved I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Dr. Puri and all the staff were very kind. I came in to be cleared for a work related matter they were nothing but helpful. I was over charged due to insurance issues and they even refunded me no questions asked. I highly recommend pima lung and sleep to anyone needing to see a pulmonologist!
