  8. They may have good VoIP service but their Internet service is incredibly slow. They will go over the importance of having a symmetrical upload/download but the speeds are so incredibly low that it doesn’t help at all.

  14. Simply Bits uses Cox services for “their” internet services. You save hassle and money just using cox communications. Simply Bits doesn’t even fix your internet when you have an issue, they complain to cox communications who comes over and services it.
