Frustrated with these guys. They make it hard to do business with them. Time to look for a new propane supplier that can deliver LPG and process payments hassle free.
TERRIBLE!!! The only reason they got one star was because you have to select at least one star. I put money on my account two weeks ago and they still haven’t came to fill my bottles. So now we have no heat. Terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere if you can.
Our bill was paid on time!! We ask them to come fill there tanks!! Two weeks past no fuel we called no service one day southwestern gas employee shows up and takes the tanks!! From our office and homes!! This is the worst gas company in the area!!
Southwestern Gas is the best. The office staff is friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to help and accommodate our needs and schedule. I highly recommend Southwestern Gas!

Customer service is awful. Called them on 12/13/19 to let them know my tank was running low. They told me I was not due for a refill for 10 more days but assured me I would be moved up. Over 10 days later, still waiting. Do not go with them, find another who understands customer service.

I called twice over the last 3 weeks and left phone messages during business hours about needing gas. No delivery, no phone call, nothing. I got a hold of someone this morning and have cancelled my service with them.

My tank has been empty since Jan. The gauge reads zero, the tank can easily be rocked back and forth, and the tank sounds empty. They claim to have added 18 gallons on 9/8. The pilot light on my gas logs won’t even light. Probably time to find a new service provider.
