Very difficult to get anyone to answer the phones.
They will not communicate with the doctor’s office about the proper wording for the insurance. The dr has sent the documents over four times and Rick’s says still not good. They won’t tell the doctor want they need all at once, change this. …
They never answer the phone. I tried for days on end but nobody answered. I then tried different departments but to no avail. Absolutley ridiculous customer service.

We have always had great service from Ricks. Their service department is great! They really care about their customers comfort & well being.
This place is horrible. The lady is extremely rude. They have delivered the wrong size diapers for almost a year now and they insist that my son doesn’t wear the size he is prescribed. This place is absolutely horrible don’t go to Rick’s medical supply.
