They have improved and do get busy as they are overbooked. Same day appointments if you call early in the morning. But expect a wait on the phone due to it being busy. Otherwise they are doing the best they can.

I have been coming here for 15+ years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Some days where people weren’t the happiest but they were respectful and helpful. Best advice to the haters, come prepared and ahead of schedule and don’t try to argue that your right when your probably not.
Do not see Dr.Gee Gott if you are on any pain medications, or controlled medications period. She will try to stop them and not want to refill them. I was on them long time and when i seen her the only thing we discuss is cutting me back to stop them. Do not recommend if you on any pain medications.
