Just moved here from Florida. Christmas Fish buffet was first class. Very good service , friendly and very professional. Nice ambiance. over all rating of all the restaurants we have been all over the world = within the top 10. Can easily compete with international standards. Great experience.

Went to get the mail. Waved and smiled to say hello to an elderly lady who put her nose up and turned her head. I had to laugh.

Think twice before you buy a house in a neighborhood with an HOA in California! Especially consider their fees and how many FTEs you are supporting!
