This ISP is horrid, and the monopoly they hold here will never change. Neither will the 50 year old equipment that’s still being used. In fact, no matter what rural area you live in, you will experience the horrors that these ISP’s provide β¦

Upgraded my internet to higher speeds, worked worse. Can’t have more than 1 devise on Wi-Fi. Had to lower my speeds again for things to work. Lady I talked to wouldn’t transfer me to a different department to help with the issue, said I needed to hang up and call all over again. Frustrating
Way too expensive for the internet and you have to combine phone service with them to have it, which just brings the price to $100 a month.. This gets you slow internet service, but they know they have you because there really are not choices up here.
WiFi slow and sometimes not working at all – no alternatives – technical help may as well be none existing Unhappy with service for over 8 years.

Drops devices constantly, extremely slow internet speeds and over $300 for a platinum package, will be switching to satellite internet or Comcast when they finally get in this area.
This is the most rediculous place for Internet and they charge you more than anyone or anywhere else with the slowest service possible it’s like a consistent slow verizon when you go out of contract u get no good service but these guys u β¦
The worst internet I have ever had. It goes down at least three times a day. The dropped service last night will cost me several hundred dollars! If you need for business, don’t trust this provider.
Even though we had a glitch with getting our security system ordered and installed, everyone we dealt with was very nice. Finally got things done. They made everything right.
My most sincere thanks to the Technical Support lady who patiently guided me through the steps to correct an IP configuration error on our WiFi network. I forgot her name, but she was excellent!
This is the worst internet company I have ever had to deal with. I am actually considering moving out of the area because of how expensive it is. I was able to get about 300Mbs down for $99.00 with the last two companies I used, $99.00 only β¦
After 21 yrs of being a customer who never was late paying a rental router was hacked and someone downloaded copyrighted content and boom they shut off my internet without any explanation . Customer service wouldn’t even take to me !!!! I’m going with hughs net . $&#& them !!!
Customer service is better than average, and enthusiastic. They should be, given their monopoly. Watch out for upselling – see the tech who makes the service call before paying more than expected.
Worst internet I have ever had. Everytime I call the first person is very nice and seems to try to help and says I see you are having a lot of interruption let me have someone call to get a tec out. Then when they call back they are rude β¦
I used to have good internet from Sierra Telephone. These days there are constant problems with dropouts (interrupted movies and videos).
A year ago I could watch movies without stoppage. These days, during peak β¦
Staff is great but the fiver cables buired all over our neighborhood at STILL not active five years later. And the routers they make us use are trash – I’m about the replace another one just this year. β¦
Had an issue with my Wi-Fi and was told I had wait thru the weekend to get the issue resolved. 3 wordsβ¦. I have teenagers!!! β¦

They have been fantastic! Getting hi-speed internet, and a landline phone installed today, and we are excited. EVERY Employee has been helpful, polite, and fun to talk to. 6 stars if we could give it.
