The secretary I talked to didn’t introduce herself, sounded like she was half-asleep, and said I couldn’t see the magistrate because they only handle lawsuits. She said they only “get back money”. If this is the way Mountain Top listens to problems and handles legal matters, I think I should look elsewhere to live.
