Need to be updated. I need to be able to pay online or over the phone. Hours are not customer friendly and i hate mailing things for the fear that they get lost.
This district is despicable! Never in my life have I been treated so disrespectful. Their unprofessional mannerism is disgusting.
They dont deserve a rating in the positive they should be disgusted by their behavior towards their customers..(that are only their customers because they have no choice )
Went in to pay our bill paid the extra 50 dollars. They said the water would be back on BY 4:30pm TODAY. Here it is almost 9pm and still no water—On one of the hottest days of the year in the middle of july.
My daughter has water through them and they shut her water off over ten dollars, no notice she is special needs and read their bill wrong. Had to pay over fifty to get back on. I am susposu to get her bills mailed to my house so I can help her but have never received one.

It’s pretty sad that it’s 2018 and there is still no option to pay online. I don’t know how many times that mail service has delivered a shut off notification before my original bill even shows up. Not to mention the poor quality of the water itself, granted it is cheap but the hardest water I’ve probably ever seen.
These people are just awful. If I could give them no stars I would. They have threatened to shut our water off before over $5. Yes, FIVE dollars, they must make their money off of the reactivation fee and they are SO rude. I wouldn’t give …
