Staff is very rude and unhelpful. They argue with you and don’t try to talk with you. Also some of their policies are OUTRAGEOUS!
The staff here are supper friendly and we hardly had to wait at all. Plus they have free sodas and water for their customers
The ladies behind the desk were rude and unhelpful when it came to deposting a check. Stating they couldn’t help me there with a simple transaction but helped others.
I have banked here for over 10 years and have never had any issues with either loans or checking accounts. Very helpful staff and convenient locations throughout the area.
Have had ridiculous experiences with most of their policies. Most of the staff is pleasant, however I have also had rather rude people “help” me.
