Himco waste away is a joke. They come out dump our container half way. They claim the waste is frozen charge 90.00 then i call tell them they dumped half way. Now there saying i need to pay another service charge for them to come out and finish dumping the container.
This is the worst company for a business owner! They are not responsive, phones never work, always a waiting period of more than 20 minutes. When you present an issue, it’s always your fault and even if the issue is resolved things go back to the same. Do not waste your time with people who do not appreciate you as a customer.
Himco does ok when they show up. I can’t imagine it’s appropriate for a company to charge for services not rendered – those times when the weekly pick-up from my business is not performed. No response from Himco when questioned.
Was driving and drivier almost hit me and my 3 small children in my car… If they run their business like their drivers drive then have no regard for human life .

They are very friendly every time I deal with them. They never leave behind a mess for me to clean up, plus you can pay in advance for your pickup.
