The employees are nice, but their administrative decisions about technology and online banking are stuck in 1992. They do not care about inconveniencing their customers by changing passwords and login IDs without warning that require a phone call to reset.
The online automated system needs some work. Called the bank a few times about getting a new debit card and they make you leave a message and they will call you back (which they never do) the quickest way and only way I have found to talk to someone and get something done was to transfer to the loan department.
