They literally force you to pay for public services you may not use, and you usually get a higher quality product in the private sector. TAXATION IS THEFT!
They took my stimmy!!!…….Out of all the times to take money, they somehow take money from your bank account when you need it the most!!! Taking money from the unemployed during this pandemic is reprehensible!!!
I owed taxes which I considered a large amount, they went above and beyond to assist me with a payment plan that worked for me and were extremely friendly in doing so. I couldn’t ask for more from a government agency, thank you!
I received a voicemail without them saying my name or a reason for the call, had to return the call and give my social initially, and then again to the person who picked up. They said they didn’t have a reason for the initial call. Really left me with a bad feeling, like I got my identity stolen just now.
Had a citation that never appeared on my record and after a year it pops up and I get a notice in the mail. I go and pay per the letters recommended method. A month later I get the same letter only a larger fine for failing to pay. This is the government we deal with, pay up or they have the right to lock you in a cage.
People working there are knowledgeable and helpful but the system is beyond redemption. Im laid off from covid and after spending a month trying to find my last paycheck i was told they were allowed to take 100% of last paycheck for debts. …
