I’ve seen Dr. Steir on a few occasions for different things. He is intelligent, and thorough; asking many questions during the exam to lead him in finding the diagnosis and clear when presenting treatment options. He is also patient and welcomes questions and really listens to what I have to say.
Dr. Smith was very knowledgable, kind and took his time during his evaluation. He provided me with a very detailed plan of care with specific recommendations regarding brands of inserts and shoes to help my foot pain. Unable to justify charging $400 for a walking boot which sells for $80. Refused to discount the balance due after insurance paid $100 saying it goes to your deductible. Deductible or not could not provide justification and refused to discount or waive the balance. Beware!
