Poor service. Got into a debate on what should be removed for testing skin cancer only to be told it would cost me $50 for anything he didn’t think needed to be tested. Don’t go there.

Endless run arounds, receptionists whose task is to block access and who provide medical opinions, no access to a doctor, and no supervision of chaos by a physician. They may do good work, but their organization is a mess.

They value your time and go about their medical tasks very effectively; however, they also keep you in the loop regarding what they are doing and why. I have Been seeing Dr Motel for about 8 years for biannual melanoma screenings and biopsies as needed. The doctor is professional and thorough, yet friendly and appropriately addresses any concerns I may have. Office staff is courteous and friendly.
