Very bad communication. I refinanced my home mortgage with CF Bank. I pointed out three times they are not paying the correct amount for property taxes. They disagreed and “certified” the amount. End result they were off $6,200. They must have never even looked into my questions. Highly reccomend using another bank.

Had very low mortgage refi rates, the process went fairly quickly, but afterwards encountered a number of issues with the bank regarding insurance, taxes, etc. Mortgage was resold to another bank about 6 months later. I believe they no longer do mortgages due to incompetence.
Good luck ever being able to get ahold of someone to help you after your loan closes. If you are an existing customer they have no interest in answering your questions. I have never banked with a more frustrating company.
