I have been going to professional vision care for decades. I have ALWAYS had a very positive experience.
Claimed will accept UHC insurance after examining my Ins. card when I made the appointment But, will not accept insurance coverage for the glasses later . And charged a $25 co-payment which should have been 0 co-payment per my medical plan.
