I had a lumbar fusion, I had excellent care almost my entire stay! The last day was a lil rough when the tech just left me in the shower alone 3 days after major surgery, other than that the nurses were wonderful
The wait was extremely long (I was there a total of 6 hours) but there were just a lot of people there on the day I was there. Nothing that could be done. I decided I would be patient and kind to everyone and received the same in return. I …
Don’t go here if you have an emergency. Went once earlier today with symptoms of blood in urine, constant puking, and severe lower left back pains… kidney stones. I waited three and a half hours this morning in the er just to get a cat scan …
We brought our first baby into the world at Summit, and I cannot sing enough praises for the team who took care of all three of us while we were there. From the doctors at Centennial Women’s Group (mine is Halcomb, and my c-section was …
Thank you. 5 stars for care that was prompt, clean and personal in every way, from all staff, including the kitchen and custodial staff. The only suggestion is not to release me before my surgeon tells me aftercare. (More than an associate …
My bone density test went well except my back hurts when I had to twist my leg towards the middle. The technician was very kind and patient with me. Everyone else was nice as well.
Check in was somewhat confusing. If they had given a little more information it would have been easy. Also, the business/billing office who ran my insurance tried to charge me $355. I only have a facility co-pay of $40. They won’t let you …
I got to the back very quickly when I went to the ER. All of the nursing staff was great. Dr. Downs treated me excellent as well. Stayed about 4.5 hours total and went home feeling much better.
My daughter has been sitting in the ER with abdominal and lower back pain. She has a low grade fever and has been throwing up while she has been waiting for 12 HOURS. I am now told she may have to wait 2 to 3 more hours and sicker people …
I walked into the ER on Sunday morning for pain I had since Friday. The staff and nurses got me back immediately and ran some test and scans to quickly find I need my appendix removed. …
The visit for mammogram, was excellent. Being able to pre-register cut down on the time necessary for processing. All staff are professional, yet friendly. I have gone to this facility for about 15 years, and it is has always had a high …
They were very professional and friendly. Took care of my wound immediately. I realize nobody wants to visit a E.R. but they made my experience very comfortable.
Went to the ER because of unbearable joint pain. My hands and feet were swollen. I got there at 9:30 PM and wasn’t taken to a room until 5 AM and didn’t see a physician until around 7:30 AM the next day. I try to avoid the ER at all costs …
Was told on arrival to checking in how busy of a day and short staffed for the busy day. Made me a little apprehensive. Once I was secure in my holding room I did not feel people were rushed. Rash explained their tile in the process. Would …
Had an out patient procedure at TriStar Summit and it was a good experience from start to finish. Medical staff was excellent. Explained everything in layman’s terms and made me feel well cared for.
I visited care now in Mt juliet TN. The staff was amazing and very attentive! They assessed what I needed and prescribed the appropriate medication. I was given instructions on my diagnosis and when to return to clinic if need be. I would recommend this clinic very highly to anyone.
I was in this facility recently and the nurses and staff were excllent.! I was on the fifth floor while in the hospital. Chesaney Leach was the Nurse Leader. The people who did the food was awesome! I also came in through the emergency …
Check-in leaves a lot to be desired. After arriving and signing in, I waited 45 minutes to receive paperwork to give to Imaging Dept. and then only after asking to check on my registration and found the paperwork had been on the desk all …
My assigned nurses and doctor were GREAT!!! The only negative experience was the wait. The front desk nurse did a great job. She had 1000 things going on and didn’t seemed stressed or bothered by the people complaining about the wait. …
basically the other day i went there for my ear problems. i told them that i had very sensitive ears and was sensitive to loud noises like yelling. after i told them my problem the doctor said they would do a hearing test. i dont have …
I had a visit with my primary care doctor and my pulmonary doctor and both visits were very good. They are both excellent and always listen to what I have to say and ask questions to be sure they understand completely. I really like my doctors at TriStar Summit medical center
This is THE worst hospital in Nashville. The ICU is literally a death trap! I have known four people to be in that ICU and none of them survived! My dad was in there and he did not receive proper care from the staff at all! It was so bad …
I was in the hospital for a week for Pancreatitis and Covid. They decided to place the IV holder on the left side of the bed. I’m a breast cancer patient with lymphedema in my left arm, so my left arm is not to be poked, or have blood …
I liked how each person who greeted me introduced their self. The whole procedure went so quickly. They worked in harmony with one another and explained everything, every step of the way. I haven’t been in a facility that was so clean. I was truly impressed. Thank you, all for making me feel very comfortable.
The staff is courteous but completely overwhelmed. I waited in the ER for over 5 hours – though I chalked that up to the triage system and people with greater emergencies being seen first. The room I was finally taken back to had fresh …
During my 8 day stay at Summit, every single Nurse, Dr.,Nurse tech, lab tech, Respiratory and physical Therapy person was 100% caring and kind. I never had a person that was having a bad day! These Men and Women deserve so much more thanks and praise that could never be conveyed in a survey.
Process went smoothly, from parking all the way through check in, seeing doctor, diagnosis and what the plan was, Stacey very friendly and professional
I broke my arm and was in a lot of pain. They got me in as soon as they could and were all very nice and concerned and helpful. This is our 3rd trip to TriStar Emergency room, once when my father was visiting from CA, once when my husband …
This ER is very Good, NO GREAT. I was threw off my horse and hit my head and back on a pipe fence, the she came down on my leg and ankle. I was in LOTS of pain they got me back the minute we went in the door. From that point on they where great, treating me like I was VIP.
The staff were friendly, caring and personable. The ER doctor checked in several times to see how I was doing. The only negative I have is that my blood pressure was only taken once in the time I was there and the staff never asked what medications I was on.
Summit has always been my go to, but this time something has changed. Just not the same level of care that I’m use to receiving. Very disappointing. 3 stars is being generous.
I arrived at the ER after 10 PM and did not get back to fast track till 4 AM the next morning, only to find out the Nurse caring for me was the one to offer to open fast track back up to help get the patients seen faster.
My visit was a confusing visit I came in with a hole that had appeared in my hysterectomy scar they did a CT scan with contrast and they said they didn’t see anything that was blood work done which I never heard the results of the doctor …
I went in with a broken foot and was left in the room alone for over 45 minutes. I was never asked my pain level nor if I wanted anything for pain. They did an X-ray and that was it! I had to call my fiancé to come take me to the restroom …
I recently had outpatient surgery at TriStar Summit. It was my first experience at this hospital, and I would definitely come here again if necessary. All of the staff were polite, professional, skilled and caring, from the staff who took …
TriStar Summit is the best hospital and clinic I have been in. They are very courteous and make sure you are doing well. Thank you for the outstanding experience.
They took care of me even while i was slowly having a mental break down and freaking out a little after i had gotten a laceration on my head. they kept it professional and made a couple jokes to try to calm me down. They got the staples in and got me out so over all best ER ive been too in a while
My hospital stay at summit in hermitage was a pleasant surprise. The cared for me as if I was the only one there. My Experience was great and the staff was top notch
Amazing non judgmental staff. I had amazing people check me in the ER and told them of my past drug history and was not shamed or put down in any way. They treated me with the most care and respect. All the nurses, techs, doctors and food service were friendly and compassionate. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hospital.
It was a waste of time. Any ER visit is. I went in a 8:30 PM with 177/110 BP, wasn’t seen till 4 AM. They did a bunch of unnecessary tests, and the attending “physician” prescribed me a medication I am highly allergic to. Luckily, Walgreens …
I have only one complaint that upon arriving and being seen at the desk, one of the ladies was rude when I went back up to her after waiting for a long time, and other people getting their armband before me, though they came in after I did. The technicians were all very nice
This was my first experience with TriStar Summit hospital, and it was such a positive experience that I know I will be in excellent hands if I need them again. Every person I came in contact with did her/his best to make sure I was comfortable and well informed.
Reyes, Nathan, Charles were all so kind, understanding and informative. They explained the entire procedure, asked if I had questions, ensured I was comfortable, were professional and kept the atmosphere light. I was extremely anxious going into this biopsy but had no need to be after meeting these 3 gentlemen. Thank you guys! Don
At preop the hospital had me sign a document saying that service such as pathology radiation etc are separate from the hospital and it was up to me to check. I spoke w John the admin team leader. He told not to worry about it that they …
Jeff in the Heart Stress Test Lab was great! He relieved my anxiety by fully explaining procedure and what to expect. He played music, and kept a fun and engaging conversation.
I was well taken care of in all aspects of my surgery day. The nurses doctors and staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. Answered any question did their best to assure me of any insecurities that I might have.
The Nursing & Care Team (8th Floor) provided exceptional all around treatment during my recent 7 day hospitalization. Professional, timely and responsive; proactive in anticipating any care related issues. Communicated and coordinated with …
Everyone was friendly and handled a colonoscopy last minute. I do have MAJOR concerns about one woman who was giving me a EKG (which I’ve had lterally hundreds of times). She placed the nodes on my chest and placed 2 of the nodes on my …
This place was packed. By triaging the pt’s, I was able to get back pretty quickly. In the hallway, I sat for about 3 hours after receiving my first bag IV for fluids with a dose of Zofran for vomiting and another med through my IV and …
Came in thru emergency room with injuries from motorcycle vs deer. Was totally checked out from head to toe, lots of scrapes and bruises and hurting all over but no bones broke or head injury. I was treated very well. I had Dr. Archer and he was great along with the rest of the staff
Even with a busy ER, they had me back to a room very fast. I didn’t go in expecting to be taken back that quickly, but they really took care of me and were attentive. First time trip to the ER, I was really nervous, but was very well taken care of.
Being treated at this ER, helped me feel as if I had no value as a human being. I walked into the ER in excruciating pain, barely able to talk due to constant suffering and they could have cared less. The male nurses checking me in triage …
I love Tri,-Summit and Southern Hills. They’ve saved our lives. The hand of God
guides the hands of these physicians….and the nurses…. Wow! They work so hard and have so many things they have to remember. These hospitals are both amazing to me! I send my love and prayers to the doctors and nurses!
Check in was easy. I was taken to the outpatient surgery center shortly thereafter. Staff was attentive, kept me informed, watched my progress. At all times they were very courteous and attentive to my needs. All in all it was a very pleasant outpatient experience.
My 1st time to the imaging center was a breeze. The office was a nice and relaxing. The receptionist very polite and professional. Sign in was short and quick. The total time spent, ( office, sign in, x-ray and out the door 35 minutes, Awesome!!
My visit to TriStar was really good, especially for an ER. The nurses and the doctor I saw was very thorough and thoughtful. I wasn’t there for a long period of time, which was nice. If I ever needed to go back to an ER, TriStar would be it. I was grateful for my experience there.
I don’t think my surgery could have gone more smoothly. Everyone on the care team was attentive and friendly. They made sure you understood what part of the team they represented and how they could help if needed. …
Was treated with respect. The Dr. was very professional and polite. They took care of me trying to find out what was causing the pain in my chest an rib cage area along with my dizziness spells. They couldn’t find out what was causing the …
Since I pre-registered, the check in process was very quick. I did not have a long wait time at all and everything went smoothly throughout the entire process.
From the moment I entered the ER, I was met with efficient staff. I was immediately taken care of and the nurses were not only professional, but kind and made a stressful and anxiety ridden situation much more calming. I cannot say enough about ALL (Physician and techs as well), that took care of me during my stay in the ER.
The fast track nurse that took my blood pressure and temperature told me I had covid another lady in the office with her agreed this was before I was tested and before the test came back and the test came back negative I did not appreciate being told such without the test
I spent three days in Summit Hospital. You do not see your regular physician now, they have “hospitalists “, and you don’t know who is going to walk through the door, or when, next. However, the first two were a combination of auctioneers …
Everyone was so nice!!
I loved my after care nurse. The anesthesiologist, Nate was very kind and made me feel like I was the most important person he would see all day.
The doctor literally stood in the hallway and spoke. If I am being charged to see a doctor they should come in and make me feel like they care. Otherwise everything was great. The lady who did my stitches was the best part!
Saw ER Dr. Archer. He was fantastic as was all the staff that helped me. The entire ER was packed, everyone was overwhelmed but they handled it like pros and took care of everyone while I was there. I was in a lot of pain, and they were so kind. In this era we all need to appreciate hospital staff more.
Felt safe and cared for. Need better communication. Designated NPO even though my anesthesia for surgery was local. No food or drink allowed for 24 hours (even though they gave me a sandwich right after surgery)…no drink or breakfast …
I had my right hip replaced in same day surgery. The class leading up to surgery was great and informative plus a little lunch thrown in was OK as well. The day of surgery went like clockwork, albeit a bit slow but still not an overall bad …
I went into Summit to have blood work that my doctor had ordered. I was met by a very pleasant young lady who guided me with the registration I-pad and set me up for what I needed next. I could not ask to have been treated with more …
I waited in ER from 2:30pm until 11:pm and to be honest I think Inwas skipped, but either or when you ask them at the desk they seem like it’s a problem. What are their jobs to sign you in and then NOT answer any questions!!!
Was induced to have my son here. From the minute we arrived the nurses were helpful and communicating all details to us. Even though this was my second child this was a new hospital for me but they made the experience so great! The nursery …
The nurse and attending physician were splendid, but just know this hospital does NOT practice HIPPA. You will be asked personal medical questions in front of everyone in the waiting area. Your medications, any previous illnesses, everything will be discussed within earshot of other waiting area clients/patients.
No one ever called me to let me know when my surgery was scheduled. I called every day the week before and they told me to call the doctor’s office, then they told me to call the hospital. They told me someone would call the Friday before …
Update!!! This time the Dr at the hospital did a scope down my throat and found several places that had been bleeding. They gave me a blood transfusion and medication to ease my esophagus bleeding and I am feeling better. Yes, I went …
I go every five weeks or so to the retina specialists there. I have had great care and the staff and Dr. Solomon are very good. They are patient and friendly. The wait period is never long. They do their best with every patient.
The care was excellent. Everyone very kind and kept me well informed.
Only down side was arriving at 5.30am after a 2-1/2 hour transfer to be kept in the lobby on the ambulance gurney with no acknowledgement of my presence!
Once in the care of the nursing team, I was looked after very well.
I stayed here one time and never again I couldn’t pee and I told them for 5 hours that I needed a catheter and the refused me I had a gallon of pee in my bladder and it almost exploded thanks for almost letting me die very unprofessional 0/10 I would rather die then go here
I was in so much pain from what turned out to be a kidney stone. The Staff was the best. Information was provided as soon as possible. Recommend to everyone.
Everyone was very nice and efficient. I did have to ask for a bandage for the wound they stitched before I could leave. There was probably a miscommunication somewhere.
My care pre- and post-surgery was excellent, the only reason why I didn’t give five stars was due to the long wait in the ER due to getting lost in the shuffle.
Once I finally made it back the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately it took 5 hours to get back. I had a Bulging Disc so extremely uncomfortable for that entire time.
Im very afraid of MRIs, as I have extream clostrophobia, and a bad neck, and back, the Tech was very kind, and cared to make sure I would be ok, he even showed me the machine before. He spoke to me often, and gave me a eye cover. this was on my head, thank you much.
The receptionist was very helpful with answering questions that I had. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met and was very polite.
I am so grateful for the kind and compassionate colleagues who treated me like family during my stay. What a gift to have summit right around the corner.
The entire staff was wonderful! They were kind, caring, and answered any questions we had as they could. FANTASTIC Team…thank you for being there for us!
Every person I was in contact with was extremely nice!! They couldn’t do enough for me.. very pleasant… I’ve never experienced such professionalism in every department I went to.. thank you
Registration for my visit for special testing was very easy, and convenient. Medical staff with the Doctor were also courteous and informative. Visit went smoothly.
The entire surgery experience from the Nursing Staff to the very Skilled Surgeon gave me a feeling of hope and confidence that my issue would be corrected. My Prayers were answered. THANKS!
Dr. MacGregor and the entire crew at Summit Hospital were great, and treated me well.
Dr. Petcu was the anesthesiologist, and he took the time to carefully review problems I had in the past with anesthesia. Thanks Dr. Petcu.
You have the most rude and sarcastic receptionists that answer your direct line, and they don’t seem to care about the nature of your calls either. So much attitude and they sound like they don’t want to be there. Maybe they should find a …
I want to give a big thank you to the doctors and nurses that took care of my mother while she was in the hospital Amor was absolutely amazing and cared so much. Only thing that bothered me were the two nurses asleep at the nurses station while others were working extremely hard this weekend.
Good visit overall. Some personnel and equipment concerns. Long wait times for procedures needed. Good communication and I was allowed to give input to the medicine that was prescribed for me. Knowledgeable staff.
Very quick triage! But my problem wasn’t solved until I saw my doctor. I had very high blood pressure and legs and feet filled with fluid (15 pounds in a week). It was kidneys
was seen in ER quickly, the nurses and staff weee awesome and when admitted again the nurses were caring, listened to me and showed genuine concern for me. Very helpful and professional

Check in was fast and easy, the staff is friendly. I have been coming to Tri Star Summit for over 10 year’s and will continue to have all of my follow up MRIs done here.
We received exceptional care in the maternity ward. Our nurses were top notch, and made having our 4th daughter a great experience. Erin D was by far the best nurse I’ve ever had- I can’t say enough good things about this woman!

My husband was treated with great care by the nurses and Doctor. His surgery was scheduled for arrival of 8 am. Our departure time was 5 pm since there were multiple emergencies from the ER. We assume that you need more help !
Team was friendly and knowledgeable. They informed me of each step during my mammogram and ultrasound. I felt they were informative and answered my questions.
I had a procedure done and it was more difficult than it should have been. The radiologist, X-ray assistant, ultrasound assistant, nurses, and student that helped were excellent. They never gave up because they knew I would have to go …

I received excellent, profession and kind care from Rachel, Meredith, Jennifer, Sunshine, Mark. And Dr. Watson. I can’t remember the name of the anesthesiologist but I want to thank her also.

My stay was as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. The nurses were helpful and friendly. I never experienced one single incident of rudeness.
Always a great experience with the staff, in/out quickly. Only issue is with billing I always pay my co-pay and they offer a discount if you pay on visit but I always get billed full amount and have to spend time to call them to straighten it out
Exceptional…. The staff are caring, professional and knowledgeable. The process from admitting, surgery, anesthesia, in hospital stay and release.
Compassionate
my experience was exceptional everyone was very concerned and professional. I was sick and I felt well taken care of by all staff I came in contact with. Hats off job very well done
Everyone was real nice. The nurse that took my info was unfriendly and rude but I just figured it was Christmas Day and he had to work and he might have been just a little upset I just totally overlooked it.
I was in incredible pain and the staff was so quick to help me get my pain under control. I appreciate the attention to detail and the thoroughness of the doctors line of questioning.

Everyone was amazing, very nice and had a great bedside manner! Noone wants to be in the hospital but it is nice to have a staff that seems to really care
My husbands test went very well. Pre-registration was simple and quick. His tester was professional and very nice. Couldn’t have been a better experience.
You got my name wrong. You had my ID and typed my name incorrectly. The nurse ignore my family member’s concerns about a tornado watch. You later left me on hold for 20 minutes. When I called from another line to ask why I was still on hold I was told the person I was holding for had gone home. Clown show.
Three of your employees were outstanding during my pre-op visit. The young lady that was doing the admission work for pre-op was great. Leigh Ann in the pre-op department was outstanding and so was the lady that did my CT scan. They went above the call to take care of me.
I had an artery repaired on my right side of my neck was in intensive care overnight got to leave the very next day my doctor was totally awesome and then staff and nurses took very well care of me
I’ve been there multiple times for either my children or myself the last visit was for myself and they took great care of me. The wait time is always reasonable the staff members are always very polite and caring and I will continue to go when sick or injured.
We were there for 6 hours. I had to walk out of the room to get any attention. I only got attention when I said I was going to go somewhere else. The room and bathroom was very dirty . I had to remind them to give me a breathing meter before we left. Not a good experience. But lets see if you actually respond.
Horrible experience in Emergency Room with Dr . Joseph Sivak . This physician was unprofessional, uncaring and rude . This hospital needs to review how they treat individuals with psychological complaints. They are not staffed to care with patients with these needs and can be more harmful then therapeutic.
Everybody was so nice, you get nervous going for treatment but they make you feel so welcomed, Sarah, NP, Explained thoroughly to me about HER2 positive drug, She was patient because I tend to go down the rabbit hole sometimes, the staff …

I came into the hospital experiencing a heart attack. They got me into the ER quickly and worked together to help me. They were especially responsive with my wife who is hearing impared. They made sure she knew what was going and where she should go.
The emergency room was a nightmare. I sat in a room for over 4 hours before I saw a Dr. Then once I was Admitted things got better. Special thanks to Ken and the rest sixth floor nursing staff. The hospital could use major cleaning and staff help!

Amanda was great at reception. The wait time was very minimal. The professional(sorry I don’t recall her name) that did my test was kind and courteous. I was very pleased with my visit.
The nurse was extremely rude as if my coming in at 4am was an inconvenience. They were supposed to give me a knee brace and because they didn’t have one in the ER. The nurses response was it’s shift change I guess we can call other …
The nurses, doctors, and staff on floor 7 were incredibly awesome. They made me feel at home and were so caring. I felt like they genuinely cared. Phenomenal display of kindness.

Dr. Brian Beatty and his staff are the BEST!! TriStar Summit Medical Center feels welcoming and gives the feel of a calming environment. Whatever the situation, I highly recommend making this your hospital for all services.
We just had our first baby at Summit and it was the best experience! The staff helped us feel at ease throughout our entire stay and continued to stay hands on to provide us the best care. I cannot say enough good things about our care at Tristar Summit!
I definitely wasn’t put at ease during my experience. Went in with extremely high blood pressure and was treated very nonchalantly . No EKG no verbalization on my symptoms 1 nurse truly stood out but then was not seen gain after placing IV …
TriStar Summit Medical Center excelled in taking care of me and my newborn during my stay. Every single person who came into my room (even the sweet cleaning lady) made me feel cared for and important. The staff at Tri Star Summit are all so nice and respectful. Thank you for being such a great place to deliver a baby!

Everyone was super helpful and very kind. As much as no one wants to go to the hospital they made the experience a lot better!
Brittany, Emily, the gentleman who was the doctor, and the wonderful woman who did the insurance and paperwork were all fantastic!

For the love of all things that are good do not go to this hospital for the birth of a child. I haven’t used them for anything else but after this experience we’ll be avoiding them at all cost. If you do go here expect them to try to gouge …
The registration process was fantastic! The same day surgery staff and OR staff were great – they were thorough, caring, and ensured that I was comfortable. The night shift nursing staff were not very accommodating – that was my only negative experience with my surgery and overnight stay.
Every nurse and staff was very helpful. The time I walk in for surgery I was check on regularly. Greeted and you all made me feel special. I can’t thank you all enough. The staff and doctor was Amazing.
All of the staff were polite and helpful, but the wait time was horrible. The care I received seemed to be good, but I was forgotten about twice. The system for tracking patients seems to be missing in action. I saw one other patient who …
Summit took very good care of me during my surgery and overnight stay following. All the nurses were extremely professional and component. The doctor and anthologists were also very good. I would go back to Summit for future procedures.
The teams were great from arrival through discharge! I had emergency surgery and everything was quick, the doctors, nurses, and techs all explained everything and communicated well with me and my husband, and the food was alright for hospital food. Overall great care here!

I could not have received better care from the entire staff. All of my nurses and techs were attentive and caring. Everyone did their best to make me comfortable and answer questions. My room was quiet.
Ashley is the best x ray technician! She gets to know her patients and is always calming, sensitive to one’s needs and caring at all times. She makes you comfortable the entire imaging process. I also do love the quick online check in process. This is the only place I want to have my MRI and CT done.

Very crowded but I’m sure that can’t be helped right now. I had a fabulous nurse who was filling in from Skyline. His name was Nate. Amazing at his job and was very personable and helpful and put an IV in like it was nothing! Excellent!
First the staff at Summit are awesome. Having said that the training of the employees on diabetes is horrible. They weren’t allowed to let me control my diabetes. Which I do daily out of my stay there. They would check my blood feed me food …
I have never in my life been treated so poorly in an ER. Everyone is entitled to decent care and this was the lowest level of care I have ever in my life seen. I told my family if I was on my last breath to never take me to this hospital …

The lone nurse at the desk held her own against a cast of crazy characters that …
Overall the care I received and the experience was excellent from the care point of it. The nurses I had were so sweet and listened to me. Everything I need they had and it was a comfortable stay for me. I was very pleased. The only thing I can complain about was the food. The eggs had a weird smell to them. I couldn’t eat them.
The staff was AMAZING! The wait unfortunately was extremely long but you could see how much the nurses and doctors were trying to get to each and everyone of the patients. The ER doctor was so calm and reassuring during the whole process. Worth the wait and glad I was in their hands during my time of need!
Staff in the ER worked quickly and were caring. Totally capable to do the need at hand. This includes triage , nurses and Doctors.
They run things the way it should be having patience. This will be the only …
My visit went well! Very glad it’s over! Really was impressed with Barbara and Lulu! They were my first nurse and tech after I got to my room. Also the physical therapist was wonderful! Thank you to all for helping me!
Everyone was kind, but I don’t feel I received the best standard of care. I would have appreciated some help with finding after care. I needed a surgeon that was in network with my insurance. It was painful to make calls with a broken jaw. …

Easy mammogram. All employees pleasant and knowledgeable.

Went to the ER because of unbearable joint pain. My hands and feet were swollen. I got there at 9:30 PM and wasn’t taken to a room until 5 AM and didn’t see a physician until around 7:30 AM the next day. I try to avoid the ER at all costs …

Had an out patient procedure at TriStar Summit and it was a good experience from start to finish. Medical staff was excellent. Explained everything in layman’s terms and made me feel well cared for.
Quickest I’ve ever been seen in any ER. Friendly and professional staff really took care of me!
I visited care now in Mt juliet TN. The staff was amazing and very attentive! They assessed what I needed and prescribed the appropriate medication. I was given instructions on my diagnosis and when to return to clinic if need be. I would recommend this clinic very highly to anyone.

It was really good. Renovated room and great staff. My wife was very comfortable and well cared for.
We have decided that Summit has the best, nicest , most professional staff anywhere. I would go nowhere else.
Always fast, courteous service from Dr, nurse, and lab tech.
Thanks!
I was moved into the treatment area quickly and staff was efficient and understanding.

Fast, efficient service…who’da believe something like that would be said about a hospital ER!

Don

From check-[n to discharge after my surgical procedure everything was worthy of the 5 Star rating I gave this survey.
Came in thru emergency room with injuries from motorcycle vs deer. Was totally checked out from head to toe, lots of scrapes and bruises and hurting all over but no bones broke or head injury. I was treated very well. I had Dr. Archer and he was great along with the rest of the staff
Staff in any department I have associated with has always been friendly and efficient.
Nurses in the ER are incredible. They never waver regardless of how busy and crazy things get.
Even with a busy ER, they had me back to a room very fast. I didn’t go in expecting to be taken back that quickly, but they really took care of me and were attentive. First time trip to the ER, I was really nervous, but was very well taken care of.
Very caring nurses, were there with me every step through my knee replacement surgery.
Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional and made my surgery the best experience it could be.
Well organized appt. registration, clean facility with easy access, professional service from all levels of care.

Jennifer my ER nurse was amazing….she was so nice and understanding
Very thorough and the quickest medical attention I’ve ever received. Highly recommended this group of fine medical professionals! Dr B
Staff was Friendly, Professional, and Extremely Helpful in every aspect. Both I and my primary care giver were impressed.

17 hours in ER
No lunch served because they moved me to a room before lunch in ER and after lunch on the floor …
Kind and patient staff. Had an MRI and the technician was awesome! Excellent care and always prefer Summitt.

Great Doctors, nurses and Technicians I had excellent service during my stay at the hospital for 4 days.
Care was excellent
Food was fair but should have been hotter.
Room was OK but housekeeping lacked leaving overflowing dirty linen hampers.
I stayed here one time and never again I couldn’t pee and I told them for 5 hours that I needed a catheter and the refused me I had a gallon of pee in my bladder and it almost exploded thanks for almost letting me die very unprofessional 0/10 I would rather die then go here
Great hospital! Unfortunately been to the ER a few times over the years and have had great experiences and care each time!
Summit doctors and staff have always been great to me! Thank you Dr. Finnegan and staff of same day surgery.
I went because sadly I had a bug in my ear🤢 they calmed me down and got it out pretty fast. Nice nurses and doctors …
Seen quickly, nurse and provider very attentive and thorough! Lab team very friendly and professional. I give them 5 stars!!!
Very friendly, calm environment and clean. My nurse Nicole was so sweet. The doctor I had was very gentle. I would recommend to anyone.

As always, the staff is friendly and efficient, and makes the experience as pleasant as possible with a mammogram.

My SICU nurses were amazing! My stay was brief and stressful but I have never felt so cared for by the ENTIRE staff.
Team was friendly and knowledgeable. They informed me of each step during my mammogram and ultrasound. I felt they were informative and answered my questions.

Always a great experience with the staff, in/out quickly. Only issue is with billing I always pay my co-pay and they offer a discount if you pay on visit but I always get billed full amount and have to spend time to call them to straighten it out

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Made my cesarean experience so comfortable. Especially thankful for Dani, the lactation consultant.
Horrible experience in Emergency Room with Dr . Joseph Sivak . This physician was unprofessional, uncaring and rude . This hospital needs to review how they treat individuals with psychological complaints. They are not staffed to care with patients with these needs and can be more harmful then therapeutic.
