This hospital has the rudest most unknowledgeable staff I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.I would not suggest going there from know on I will just have to travel outside of the county for medical needs!!!

I had to bring my son in to the er for a fall. It took two hours just to him a room, 3 for x-rays and here it is four hours later and we’re still here with no results. Worst experience there ever. Next time I’ll pass this place right up.

Had same day surgery…again. Every person I dealt with, from the phone call a few days prior, the in person the day of surgery & the well being call the day after surgery were awesome!
Horrible place. I am new to Tennessee moving from California. Experience was worst Healthcare in My 56 years of life. Emergency room was entertaining, but once you get to the second floor prepare to have the worst nursing care ever. My advice to my ownself would have been to drive to Nashville.

I don’t like this hospital. My insurance had lapsed and since I didn’t have insurance. They didn’t want to see me. They tested me for the flu and covid and then sent me on the way. I had bad congestion and coughing a lot. I had to go to another hospital to get further treatment. I wouldn’t highly recommend this hospital.
My surgeon was great, recovery was attentive. After an overnight stay I should not have been discharged. There was an issue with BP that I kept mentioning.

Everything about mine and my mom’s experience was wonderful. However, there’s always a few bad apples in the bunch and that was the case with one of the nurses we had. Other than that, I’d definitely choose NorthCrest for my hospital needs again in the future.

I was hospitalized there 5 November 2022- 12 November 2022. I was in room 215 with an infection of the right index finger which spread up my arm and required two surgeries on my finger & one on right forearm. Everyone I came in contact with was exceptional. The nurses I had were outstanding.
NorthCrest is top-notch. I’ve had most of my kids, my husband & myself there over the last 3-4 years (and my mother!) and they are always caring, respectful, and knowledgeable. I have complete trust in them that we’re getting the best care available. Would highly recommend.
