I was told to visit Premier Radiology since the one I normally went to no longer took my insurance. Since I was a walk-in, apparently that meant to make me wait as long as possible (40 minutes), with no one in the waiting room. It was very frustrating.
Amazing service, walked in with an x ray formed and was out and finished within 30 minutes. All of the ladies that worked with me were extremely helpful and great.
The front desk receptionist is horrible! Very condescending and rude to the patients. She has just flat out told somebody to be quiet because she was working when they tried to check in. Extremely RUDE. Look at the reviews. They are all about her!!
I have been calling for two days and haven’t gotten an answer. I tried every number for automated selections. Reschedule appt no answer billing no answer. And there isn’t even an option to leave a message.

I cannot say enough about sonographer Nicole Giometti. Incredibly skilled, smart, warm, and engaging. Completely put me at ease. We need more Nicoles in the medical profession.

I had an 8:45 appointment for a CT and arrived a few minutes early for the perquisite paperwork and was out the door and walking to my car at 9:07. I was worried when I saw how many people were in the waiting room but they called my name close to my appt time and the staff were more than courteous, they were friendly.
