I would not reccomend this office because of the office staff. The doctors are great I have been coming here for years but no longer will be. The office staff is not helpful and rude. I have left multiple voicemails and not recieved a call back in over a week.
After being a customer at Zeeland Vision for 30 years, I quit them for the Eye Site Clinic. Much better service and they treat me with respect.
My family has gone here for 30+years. Amazing talented Dr.s. and staff. They sincerely care about you and your eye health!

Called to inquire about having frames adjusted and was told to come on in. I arrived 10 minutes later to a locked door and was informed by the staff up front that optical was out to lunch for an hour. Communication skills lacking obviously, and my time wasted. Won’t find my shadow upon your doorstep again.
I have really bad anxiety with anything to do with eyes. I know, I’m a baby. I went to get my eyes tested and staff was being rude and treating me like a child. Never going here again.

Mostly nice staff and doctors, but was billed in such a way that my yearly exam was not covered like it usually is. Management staff blamed it on the doctors. Doctors blamed it on the management staff. They were unsure the correct way to bill things, even when my insurance company called them and suggested corrections.
Steve, the wonderful man in charge of the eyeglasses store is always courteous and helpful, after a bad experience he went out of his way to contact me and help us set things right. He’s wonderfully talented and helpful and so nice. I recommend heading to sight eye clinic if you have a chance, ask for Steve.
I always in the past have had a good experience at Dr. Bast appointments. I think he is a wonderful doctor. But unfortunately today was not a good experience with the check out person. I’m sure it was a miscommunication, but I didn’t care on how she handled it. I most likely will be looking for another facility.
The doctor’s are great. The reception in both sections can not keep any information straight. It has been a huge barrier to each visit.
The staff are great and welcoming! The doctors are good at answering my questions and take the time to talk with me. I love stopping in to get my glasses fitted and I am always greeted when I walk in! I would recommend Sight Eye to anyone!
