I’ve been here for over 10 years now and the water is always good, outside of those times when storms have messed things up. I am very happy with the service, other than I wish they would post more information for boil orders and such online and in the news.
The best utility company I have ever dealt with. They work with you for moving or vacations or even when you’re have money issues. They are super friendly and don’t mind a chat
Office lady was beyond rude and disrespectful. I have been a customer for years never received a call about them shutting the water off no warning nothing! People make mistakes and you still charged me $75 the darn boys who shut it off hadnt even had time to make it out of the neighborhood. Heartless rude unfriendly company!
No drop box payment box and a gated yard so you can’t drop it in the door. They also do a poor job of advising their customers of boil orders (which happen frequently). Maybe management will improve, but for now 2-stars.

I wish I could give negative ratings. Worst utility company I have ever dealt with. They are now charging all customers an additional $6/month for repairs on their water tower. Why is a single person paying the same as a family of 8 for this “water tower”? Hope you enjoy your $6 in pennies every month.
