I went to the office for my first visit everyone was really friendly. Was extremely impressed with Mardi the NP she was very kind ,caring and professional . The office was clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend going.
VERIFY they will accept your insurance BEFORE going. They refused service, even out-of-network, for CIGNA. Lied to us and said past claims were denied, they were not and paid. Find a new family physician before ever going to Pinnale
The Peoria office is a nightmare to deal with. Front helpers are rude and pompous. They are always a half hour late getting you in. Dee at front desk is very rude. Be aware. Find another doctor. Do yourself a favor.

Dr Engstrom and his staff are the most compassionate people I have ever met! Always pleasant and helpful even when unplanned things pop up! I hope he does not retire before I expire!
I saw Dr.Davenport today and she was great, very friendly and took care of my needs . The nurse who I was assisted by was also great ! The office is very clean, and the tablet they give you to fill out paperwork was easy to use . Will be coming back .
