The office staff is super helpful and very nice pleasant people that have always helped all three of my accounts, including our account at Wildlife Command Center
Had questions with a Dig Rite marking and had to call PWSD3 direct. Talked with Ken and he was great in getting back to me and explaining to me the details of the situation.
I was so happy to hear that you had a website that offered the online payment option however, when I went to check it out I was very disappointed. There isn’t any login feature so you could see your bill or history of acct. It’s also somewhat confusing. I’m sure in time you will have this resolved as this is a great benefit.
I agree? I have been in Arnold for 10 years and HONESTLY WATER DISTRICT IS A JOKE.

I moved from St Louis County where customer service with MO American sucked. These people are nice, responsive, helpful. What more could you ask for from a utility company. And a real human answers the phone! I’m thrilled.
A contracted cable company broke our water line today. Ken and his team were quick to come out and were extremely helpful. They answered any questions we had and made a stressful situation less so. My husband and I are grateful to have such a great team working in our area. Thank you for all you do.
We have used them or over 30 years & have never had a bad experience. Just got off the phone with them, they have been very helpful in helping us trying to track down some information on why tenants usage has gone up. Always pleasant & so refreshing to get a human being on the phone!
Worst customer service, completely incompetent personnel. Not sending me my water bill through the mail for 3 months. Still not receiving a water bill this month even after speaking to them over the phone about not receiving a bill. Person …

Rudest group of old people. There is 1 young lady who works there. She is very nice. I pray the old hags dont ever change that young ladies heart.

Just found out that my tap water is poisoning my dogs! What is it doing to me?! What are we paying for? One of my dogs is in kidney failure!
