Thank you for running water right into my house so I don’t have to go out to the well to pump it. Thank you for making water available to water our cattle. I appreciate having water so easily available to me and for all the work that goes into getting it to me. Small price to pay to have it. Thank You
They will turn your water off even if all you owe them is $35. Then charge you $100 to reconnect. 30 days late and expect threatening mail. If you do auto pay and your money is deposited on the first, your bank will charge you for bad funds because Sirwa gives your bill to them on the 29th.
For providing “cleanish” water you think they could be more suave about it. I get things happen… but I don’t drink the water anyway so it’s not a huge deal when you tell everyone else not to either. However it makes it hard to trust you. …
Out of no where they changed my time to turn off the water it normally is by the first they did it the 28th and I called to talk to them and they was wrong and disrespectful I have a baby I have to figure out how to feed and they wouldn’t talk to me about figuring something out.

Horrid!!! They hold on to checks then they don’t consider it paid until it goes thru the bank. Wrote a check on the fourth they didn’t post it till it was at the bank. Held it for 14 days then took it to the bank while shutting the water …
