(Translated by Google) Local Korean banks have grown a lot compared to local banks in the US, but customer service is not professional. Bank) I would like to evaluate that the bank is still in its infancy. …
I like coming to this location, because the ladies here are friendly. I’ve been to another location and they weren’t so nice. They make you feel so welcomed here.
I went there to open a CD, they needed some documents, the bank manager agreed with my current documents to open the CD but the bank employee who knew little English did not. Not very pleasant experience with the employee who questioned my dignity all she had to say yes we can open no we can not.
We wanted to open a Money Market Account insured by FDIC, she put our money in Investment Money Market, which carried high rate but not insured by FDIC, therefore, I’ve moved majority of money into Checking till we find another bank. We don’t even get a Statement of Checking anymore.
On a professional level, there are not capable of taking it to the next level. Yes they are professional and well established, but you can always look to go to other banks that are better. Management has been poor at times, along with their decisions.
Lovely branch, warm environment. Always welcoming and eager to help you. It feels they have a more personal relationship with their clients. That’s always a plus when it comes to banking.
My wife and I have always been served professionally and courteously at PromiseOne. They have the proven ability to listen and work through “red tape” when situations require.
Super nice people. I was just curious and ask my banker of 20 years why is it when I cash a check at a Asian Bank they copy my license and have me write my phone number on it. She was shocked and said we never do that to customers even if they don’t have an account with us. For some reason it didn’t sit right with me.
