Awful internet and TV – seems like I have to reboot the system constantly – the installers installed the modem in a spot which makes it almost impossible to reboot – not worth the money

They are terrible to work with! I ended up paying 700 dollars for equipment that I will never be able to use. I highly recommend doing business with ANYBODY else. Ndtc is a joke!
