Don’t even want to give them even 1 star. Been trying to get equipment for 4 months. Apparently they can’t take notes well and don’t log phone calls well either. I have had to do all the leg work and still haven’t gotten the product. Hoping I never have to deal with them again!
I just want to say that I use Roberts at both of my jobs at a hospital and nursing home and they are the most professional courteous and will help you out at any time weekday or weekend for my oxygen needs. I will continue to give them all of my business and will let others know as well.
