The paperwork was quick, the wait was less than 10 minutes (I was early for my appointment, and they took me back before my appointment time), and the staff are terrific. I was in and out much faster than I expected. Great place to go for an MRI.
I have never waited,staff is very nice,I have always had a nice experience at Reston Radiology in Ashburn.Their portal is easy to use and always updated.
Same issue as with others, they sent my bills to a collection agency with no prior communication. I’m no expert, but maybe use some of the money you “collected” to buy some envelopes and stamps and send them to patients.
Absolute asinine billing practices. This company never sent us a bill of any kind, then suddenly sends our bill to a collections company not even two months after the services were rendered without any attempt to communicate with us. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be a pattern
