It just depends on which doctor you see. My children saw Dr. Hoffman (who’s now retired) she was very thorough, friendly, I can only say great things about her. Dr. Elrod who my daughter has seen on a few occasions, is also a great doctor to have.

New girl that answers the phone is not professional. I have always liked this doctors office until now. Every time I call now she answers and is very short and rude. I have to call every month to get a prescription filled so this has me calling at least twice a month.
Had my son wait for 45 min in clothed. Supposed to have gotten shots. Never happened. Dr never even came into room. Sorry excuse for pediatric Dr. First impression says it all
Great doctor since I been taking my lil one.
If someone comes in for a “Mental Health” appt. Pay attention, talk to them. Don’t just pat them on the back and hand them the check out form and say ” someone will reach out with a referral to talk with you”. Over 48 hours later and not one phone call. Very sad.
From check in to check out it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Sheitler and his team seem to really care about his patients. This was my first visit and I think I made a good decision to become a patient here.

This place has really went down. I had been going here for years. I just changed to another doctor because this office continued to not provide service, refill medications, and the nurses are just plain rude. The entire process here is awful and the doctors do not seem to care.
