This bank needs more ATMs. It’s bad enough that if an emergency situation arises or a mistake is made (on the bank’s side) with your money on the weekend, your money is messed up with no way to fix it until Monday. Should it’s members have to drive all around Rome just to find an ATM? They closed 2 of them, but left no replacements.

WORST BANK EVER! And if you try calling anyone, you might get a call back after leaving 20 voicemails. Got a loan through them for my car a few years ago. I went to get a new car a few weeks ago and they never even reported to the credit bureau that I had paid off for my car or even made payments on it.
