Office is open. Been calling for 20 minutes now with no answer. Can’t schedule my sick child an appointment. Really frustrated.
This place doesn’t care about customer service. I called to get my son’s medicine refilled was advised I would get a call back never did called back and was given completely different information. I will be finding a new pediatrician.

Usually this facility is astonishing, but with the new covid waiting in the car rule, the wait time sometimes takes over an hour.
Dosent answer the phone. They open at 8:30 but leave the over night answering machine on pass that time. you’er unable to call in. The wait times can be very long at times too. Other than that I love the doctors and the staff is helpful and pleasant.
