This is tri state EMC not Tri state heating and air….. I’ve had no problem with this establishment! Progress cost money !
Bills are outrageous. Doesn’t matter what you use. I can be gone all day and have everything in the house on the next day and bill doesn’t change.
We don’t like them the lights always flicker and the bill is always high and I work two jobs hardly ever home and it’s still high
I have been a Tri-State EMC customer for a few years now, and never once had an issue.
This is terrible we have the pre pay electricity and my grandmother had called in 30 dollars to get the lights back at 6 yesterday and here it is 9 am and still nothing it was cold last night and this is just terrible.
Worst company ive ever dealt with had an electrician come out to test wiring in home says problem is in meter but tri state refuses to send someone to check there meter paying well over 300.00 a month is ridiculous
As much as they charge us “members” they should have more than 1 line to report outages, or a text method, or SOMETHING besides listening to a busy signal 50 times.
Power goes out daily Tri-State does not care at all
Had no idea I was moving to a third world country when I moved to this area of GA and got stuck with this terrible, inefficient power company. And what they are charging for providing no service is ridiculous.
Tropical Storm Zeta knocked out the power to 75% of the county. These guys worked double shifts getting everyone back on line as quickly as possible.
My electric bill for for dec was 500.00 , this is outrageous, and the company has no discount for seniors on a fixed income, the woman answering the switch board is rude and dismissive
I have always been treated very nice when dealing with TSEMC. Great group of people.. And their pay online is super convenient and secure. So thankful to have them as my power company.
A good company but every year at Christmas time everyone’s electric bills go by as much as $70

OMG I have never ever lived in a place where the power constantly goes out! Even when it is SUNNY! Totally ridiculous! We live on a mountain and we lose power often, As we did this morning (Sunday) I drove down to see if there was a tree down and there was, there were not 1 but 2 Tri State trucks already there and had us up and running with power in record speed. I truly appreciate them!
